  • I can only see the retail price on product page, where is my discount as a distributor?

    To see your discount and related quantity, you have to login as a distributor and add product to cart.

  • I have registered on the website but my Reseller account is not active, why?

    As a new member to activate your account you must purchase a minimum of 10 copies/quantities of any of the product. After purchase your account will become active.

  • Can I purchase more than 10 quantities of products as a distributor?

    Yes, 10 is the minimum but you can increase the quantity if you want

  • Can I purchase product as a distributor using my E-wallet?


  • Can I make a withdraw from my E-wallet to my bank account?


  • Can I transfer money from my E-wallet to another E-wallet account?

  • Can I download the software online?

    Yes, you can download individual subject/pool or all subjects/pools that you need

  • Can I use a single software to train more than one person?

    Yes, but you have to purchase a multi-user license, this unique license allows you to use the software in a CBT training centre, otherwise you will be guilty of piracy. Please contact us to learn more about this.

  • I have the software installed on my computer, Can I buy only the registration code?

    Yes, you can purchase just the registration code and download the latest update here on the website

  • How can I activate this software?

    To activate any of our software please follow these steps

    STEP 1: Install the EXAMMATE application on your computer.

    STEP 2: Launch/Run the exammate icon on your desktop.

    STEP 3: Send your full name, registration code, and user-ID as displayed on the screen, separated by comma via SMS to 07068454607 or via email to info@esoftcontent.com

    STEP 4: Wait to receive username and Activation key via SMS (it could take 20-30 minutes)

    STEP 5: Enter the username and activation key as received via SMS, then click 'Activate'.

    Please note, your activation details are case sensitive.

    If you don't have a registration code, you can purchase one online, click Buy now.

  • My Registration Code is missing, how will this affect me?

    We are sorry but you need your registration code for account verification and support incase you required support for your software. Feel free to contact us if you require any support.

  • How many Registration code do I need if am activating more than 1 computer?

    You will be required to purchase separate registration code for every computer you are activating but you are not required to purchase separate software box/pack.

  • How long can I use the software for?

    Our products are subscription based. We offer 240 days subscription license on all exammate product line. Contact us if you required separate license for more duration.

  • My Subscription has expired, Can I renew?

    Yes, you can renew your subscription by purchasing a new registration code

  • My Subscription is still active can I update or upgrade the application?

    Yes, if your subscription is still active you can update or upgrade the application. This is only possible from version 4.0 for exammate JAMB and version 2.0 for exammate SSCE. Older version are not supported.

  • What is the minimum hardware and software requirement for the installation of this software?

    You will require a minimum of 1GB RAM and 1GB hard-drive space. we support Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 any later version of Microsoft Windows Operating Software. Every other plugins such as Adobe flash player is pre-installed during installation
